Max, do you pay into the benevolent fund? If so then you need a trip to the rather excellent facilities at Flint House (or the northern equivalent if you're up that end of the country!) They're some of the best sports physios in the country and got me back running in a couple of weeks after I gnarled my leg on duty a little while ago. Most definitely recommended mate, even if you only use it once in 30 years it's worth it!!
